Are you an effective communicator with experience in managing disciplinary, absence, performance issues?

Do you have experience of managing change programmes and handling grievances?

Are you a strong influencer who can build effective relationships with stakeholders?

If so, we are looking for a self- motivated individual who can advise on a wide range of ER activity as well as drive ER initiatives across their assigned brands. Every day youll be delivering a robust, first-class ER Advisory service across our family of brands within the UK and Ireland.

You:

Employee Relationship experience is required; this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team that are enthusiastic about ensuring the business needs are met while driving effective performance and giving the organisation a competitive advantage. Your confidence in dealing with conflict and expressing opinions must be strong. You will make sound commercial decisions and be expected to stand by the outcome. Your organisation and attention to detail should always remain at a high level.

We are a fast-paced, demanding business, and you will need to respond to change while retaining your strong commercial acumen quickly.
