About the role

As Solutions Sales executive you will be responsible for the identification, procurement, coordination, management and closure of Akkodis solution sales opportunities. The role includes running client workshops, overseeing the proposal or bid process, verification of quality, development and evolution of responses and commercially lead pricing to ensure the optimisation of all opportunities. You will be working on opportunities valued from £50k to £5m+ and providing insight to help the growth and development of our service portfolio and actively influencing and growing our network.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the alignment of operational practices to enable effective delivery of the strategy.
  • Taking a proactive and innovative approach to driving performance in line with the sales strategy.
  • Qualification of sales opportunities, including completion of a risk and opportunity assessment checklist.
  • Running and coordinating sales pursuits from sales qualification, win strategy, proposal response, and final actions to win the deal.
  • Partnering with both Akkodis and Adecco Group Strategic Account Directors to develop a Solutions Plan for key strategic clients, developing relationships within those organizations.
  • Focusing on the client and consultants to make it easier to buy solutions from Adecco Group, deliver amazing service with every interaction, and eliminate obstacles so we can focus on doing our best work.
About you

To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in a consulting/professional services sales role and/or in solution-oriented selling, account planning, development and service opportunity evolution. You must have a strong technology background and understanding of the IT services industry with strong knowledge and understanding of Open Source, DevOps, Cloud, Cyber, Big Data and IoT. Proven negotiation skills are a essential and the ability to handle multiple customer accounts and priorities, as well as maintain a high level of initiative is required.
