With our expanding business, our Sales team in Hong Kong has an exciting new opportunity for an energetic individual to join us as a Strategic Account Manager.  This role will focus on offering flexible HR solutions: staff and manage the entire process of labor-intensive activities, field sales & marketing services, HR services etc. to support our clients for operation efficiency and synergy.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-performance environment, we would love to speak to you today!

What you will be doing?

  • Be the key business partner to the business division to explore new business opportunities and accelerate growth of the business
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying and securing business opportunities to facilitate steady growth of the business
  • Formulate Sales strategies with different stakeholders to achieve both short term and long-term targets
  • Review & analysis the market situation and report periodically
  • Manage new and existing clients’ enquiries with excellent services
  • Preparation and presentation of project proposals, solutions, quotations & follow-ups
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure high synergy with different business verticals
  • Comprehend the unique propositions of various Adecco brands & services for cross selling opportunities

Who we are looking for?

  • A Result-driven hunter with a good sales track record
  • Ability to comprehend and break down challenges and sales strategy systematically and independently
  • Outstanding writing, presentation and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to offer a consultation sales approach and able to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties
  • Customer-oriented, confident in networking in social situations and a strong team player
  • Not afraid to fail and challenges with a positive mentality
  • Take pride in what you do and go above and beyond in delivering an exceptional experience to your clients
  • BS/ BA in business-related disciplines is advantageous   
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experiences preferably in the recruitment and servicing industry in a multinational environment.Candidates from other backgrounds with a strong sales record will also be considered  
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
