About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our expanding High-Volume Recruitment Team. Our client is a global leader in electro-mobility and the world’s most valuable automotive brand with the mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
In this role, your focus is on Sourcing for positions in the areas of vehicle and battery. Your main objectives are identifying talent, partnering with business stakeholders, and committing to the best candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to select top talents.
  • Attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
About you
  • Have proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer.
  • Experience in recruiting in an industrial / manufacturing environment or another field with high volume hiring.
  • Able to work in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing environment, juggling multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Be an expert on state of the art sourcing techniques.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and high volume recruitment.
  • Speak Fluent German and English.
  • Be a Team-player with a positive can-do-attitude, ability to think outside of the box and readiness for challenges.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to lead recruitment projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality.
