About the role

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to development within ServiceNow which is the strategic ITSM tool of The Adecco Group. The result of the developments will impact all users within The Adecco Group at a global scale. Your mission from a technical point of view will be to contribute to the design, build, development and technical configuration of the ServiceNow toolset. Your ability to deliver to a high standard will help us to fully achieve the potential of the tool and increase our Service Management Capability. You will ensure the quality of the product and maintain quality coding standards. You will become a central player in both our development and Service Management teams – insuring application manageability, scalability, strong design principles and adherence to good development processes. Adecco ServiceNow platform currently relies on the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery
• Act as a key member in project implementations
• Configure and improve ServiceNow platform
• Be actively engaged with customers in a technical and business setting
• Solve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time
• Configure and customize various aspects of ServiceNow (workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, discovery, and so on)
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Create capabilities to drive Self-service and automation
• Prepare technical deliverables
• Collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technologies
• Document, maintain and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current

About you

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow as a technical delivery resource within client environments.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification required
• Proven and demonstrated consulting experience (problem solver with attention to detail, Resourcefulness, not shy away to ask tough questions in a positive manner and understanding of business drivers behind the technology)
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Science, Technology, Data Science, Math or Physics from an accredited university.
