- To handle the full recruitment cycle from candidates to clients independently.
- To deliver qualified candidates based on clients’ requirement and serve with professional consultancy.
- To market outstanding star candidates proactively with the suitable opportunities.
- To develop and build up sales pipeline consistently with qualified jobs.
- To achieve annual and quarter sales target set by company.
Responsibilities of Senior Consultant above also include:
- To identify and explore proactively potential business opportunities in the market with strong business acumen.
- To attract, develop and retain management trainees and junior consultants with leadership and management skills.
Essential Experience:
- Candidate with at least 2 years above experience in the recruitment industry or related field.
- Bachelor or above degrees.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills;
- Ambitious, proactive, result-driven and an excellent team player.
