Job Description
Account Management & Business Partnering (50%)
• Management of client accounts to increase/maintain market share
• To maximise client penetration through obtaining new client contacts and client mapping
• To create, build and maintain high-touch stakeholder experience through consistent proactive communication to carry out the functional role of HR effectively (including but not limited to):
o Business reviews - hiring outlooks
o Client and associates’ engagement events
o White papers
o Demonstrate empathy and respect when handling difficult conversations, dilemmas, or paradoxes
o Adapt and tailor different styles and preferences when communicating to different audiences or stakeholder groups
o Develop positive working relationships with people through strong inter-personal skills
o Establish credibility by gaining confidence of others through a demonstration of business and technical knowledge
o Build trust (being a trusted advisor) through assisting key stakeholders in solving people related issues successfully
• Cross sell: Understand client’s business needs and provide business solutions
• Customer Centricity: to maintain good relationship with both clients and associates to achieve high retention
Operational Excellence (50%) - Deliver effective HR services in a cost-efficient manner through an optimal and customer-centric service delivery operating model
• Ensure adherence and compliance of processes e.g. front office tool adoption, MOM legislation, internal governance etc
• Drive higher efficiency through initiating process improvements
• Ensure healthy DSO (payment) and timely payment from clients
• Prepare reports
• Overall responsible for end-to-end associates’ lifecycle management
o Onboarding: Contact associates and clients; manage onboarding process/orientation
o Contract Renewals: Follow up with Associates and Clients (trigger notification), negotiate renewal terms, re-onboarding, and work with Shared Admin Hub
o End of Contract: Follow up with associates and Clients (trigger notification), confirm/negotiate end terms, offboarding and work with admin team
o Handle HR related matters including but not limited to attending to client/associate enquiries, performance/grievances/morale management, counselling, termination etc
Job Requirement
- Tertiary education
- HR knowledge and legislations
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in customer service, and or human resources where you have had strong experience building and managing solid candidate and client relationships
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Adaptable
