In alignment with The Adecco Group Future @ Work strategy, we are now expanding our business in Bulgaria with a newly established Shared Service Center!

You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position ofHR Operations Specialist.

Job summary:

The HR Specialist provides support to employees on documentation and transactional matters. Provide efficient and cost-effective HR support in the relevant workstream and to employees and managers across the organisation. Successfully deliver on all contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for HR SSC.

Main responsibilities:

  • Serves as the first point of contact for HR related inquires;
  • Provides accurate and timely responses to HR process, system and policy requests;
  • Addresses employees’ requests and provides information on administrative topics and policies;
  • Provide a consistent and seamless service, expertise and compliance on administrative topics to either HRBP, managers and employees;
  • Meets service level agreements as outlined by Global HR Operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge in English &Italianlanguages;
  • Previous experience in HR administration is an advantage but is not a must;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience with SAP or any ERP system is an advantage;
  • Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
