You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Global HR Ops team in the position of Senior HRIS and TrainingSpecialist. In this position you will be reporting directly to Senior Manager, HRIS and Training.

Core  responsibilities:

  • Execute HR system administration and resolves HRIS support requests.
  • Maintain Global Position management, Job Architecture and Organizational
    structure in the HR system.
  • Upload standard mass changes in the HR system.
  • Support the execution of the HRIS Training strategy, providing the necessary.
  • trainings to meet end user needs.
  • Develop comprehensive know-how documents.
  • Reports preparation.


Qualification & Experience:

  • More than a year professional experience in HR processes and/or systems.
  • Previous experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors would be considered strong advantage. 
  • Experience as a trainer or in Learning and Development will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications.
  • Persistent mindset, proactive and positive approach, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
